1. Campaign Overview

TheNetWallet is offering a guaranteed FIFA 2026 jersey to every user who makes a minimum deposit of ₹5,000 via TheNetWallet on Betmaan or Indi365 during the campaign period. No bet is required. The deposit alone qualifies the user for the jersey.

2. Eligibility

• Must be a registered and KYC-verified TheNetWallet user with an account in good standing.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in a jurisdiction where such promotions are legally permitted.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of TheNetWallet, Betmaan, or Indi365.
• Accounts flagged for suspicious activity or promotion abuse will be immediately disqualified.

This campaign is valid exclusively on the following platforms:

Deposits made on any other merchant platform will not qualify for the jersey giveaway under this campaign.

4. How to Qualify

5. Jersey Fulfilment

• Every user who meets the minimum ₹5,000 deposit condition is guaranteed to receive one FIFA 2026 jersey. No draw. No selection.
• One jersey per registered user account, regardless of number of qualifying deposits made.
• Jersey design and team/edition is subject to availability. TheNetWallet reserves the right to substitute with an equivalent jersey if a specific design is unavailable.
• Jerseys will be dispatched within 30 working days of the campaign end date (July 20, 2026).
• Delivery is available within India only. A valid Indian delivery address is required.
• TheNetWallet is not liable for delivery delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.
• Jersey is non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other item.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Multi-accounting – creating multiple accounts to claim multiple jerseys.
• Using another user's NetWallet account to make a qualifying deposit.
• Any form of fraudulent deposit activity designed to abuse this offer.
• TheNetWallet reserves the right to disqualify and take appropriate action against any user found in violation.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TheNetWallet is a payment wallet platform and does not operate or endorse Betmaan or Indi365.
• TheNetWallet's liability under this campaign is strictly limited to the jersey fulfilment as described in Section 5.
• TheNetWallet is not responsible for any third-party platform issues affecting deposit processing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. TheNetWallet's decisions under this campaign are final and binding. TheNetWallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
