Vijay Bonus Draw

1. Campaign Overview

The Vijay Bonus Draw is organised by TheNetWallet to celebrate Dussehra. Every deposit of ₹5,000 or more made via TheNetWallet on a participating merchant on October 20, 2026 earns one entry into a lucky draw. One grand winner receives a premium Dussehra gift hamper, and ten runners-up each receive ₹2,500 in wallet credit.

2. Eligibility

• The participant must be a registered TheNetWallet user who has completed KYC verification and holds an account in good standing.
• The participant must be 18 years of age or older.
• The participant must reside in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is legally permitted.
• Employees, contractors and immediate family members of TheNetWallet or any participating merchant are not eligible.
• Accounts flagged for suspicious activity or promotion abuse will be disqualified immediately.

This promotion is valid only for deposits made via TheNetWallet on the following participating merchants:

Deposits made on any other platform do not qualify.

4. How to Participate

1. 1Log in to your verified TheNetWallet account (KYC completed, active status).
2. 2On October 20, 2026 (IST), deposit ₹5,000 or more on any participating merchant using TheNetWallet.
3. 3Each qualifying deposit earns one draw entry automatically, so more deposits mean more chances to win. No claim is needed.
4. 4Winners are drawn on October 21, 2026 and announced on TheNetWallet's official social media channels the same day.

5. Draw and Prize Terms

5.1 Entries

• Every single deposit of ₹5,000 or more made via TheNetWallet on a participating merchant between 00:00 and 23:59 IST on October 20, 2026 earns one entry. There is no limit on the number of entries.
• Deposits below ₹5,000 do not earn an entry and cannot be combined to reach ₹5,000.
• Deposits made through any other payment method, failed or pending deposits, and deposits that are later reversed, refunded or charged back do not qualify. TheNetWallet may also exclude any deposit that is withdrawn without being used for play.

• Winners are selected at random from all valid entries on October 21, 2026. The grand winner is drawn first, followed by the ten runners-up.
• Each participant can win only one prize in this draw.
• Winners are announced on TheNetWallet's official social media channels and notified by email on October 21, 2026.

5.4 Wallet Credit Prizes

• The prize is credited exclusively as wallet credit to the participant's TheNetWallet account by October 24, 2026.
• Wallet credit is non-withdrawable and can only be used for future TheNetWallet transactions.
• Unused wallet credit expires 30 days from the date it is credited.
• Wallet credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.

5.5 Hamper Delivery

• Winners are notified by email at the address registered on their TheNetWallet account and asked to share their delivery details.
• Winners must reply with complete delivery details within 7 days of the notification email. A winner who does not reply in time forfeits the hamper, and TheNetWallet may award it to the next eligible participant.
• Physical prizes are delivered within India only and are dispatched within 30 working days of the winner confirming their delivery details. Courier and tracking details are shared by email on dispatch.
• The hamper is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If it becomes unavailable, TheNetWallet may replace it with a prize of similar value.
• Product images used in promotional materials are for illustration only.

6. Verification

• No claim is needed. TheNetWallet verifies every qualifying deposit against TheNetWallet's transaction records after the campaign closes.
• TheNetWallet may request additional information from any participant to verify eligibility.
• Rewards may be withheld or reversed where a deposit is reversed, refunded or charged back, or where any breach of these terms is found.
• TheNetWallet's decision on all verifications is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Multi-accounting, meaning the creation or use of more than one account to gain extra entries.
• Depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine play, or moving funds between accounts, to generate extra entries.
• Using deposits that are later reversed, refunded or charged back.
• Using automated bots or scripts to make deposits.

Participants found engaging in any of the above will be disqualified, and any reward already credited may be reversed.

8. Limitation of Liability

• TheNetWallet is a payment wallet platform and does not operate or endorse any merchant betting platform.
• TheNetWallet is not responsible for technical issues, outages or bet settlement errors on merchant platforms.
• TheNetWallet's total liability is strictly limited to the reward described in Section 5.
• Participation in sports betting involves financial risk. Please gamble responsibly.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Set personal deposit limits within your TheNetWallet account settings.
• Use self-exclusion tools on participating merchant platforms if needed.
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose. This offer is for entertainment purposes only.

10. Data & Privacy

• By participating, you consent to TheNetWallet collecting and processing your personal data to administer this promotion.

• Records relating to this promotion are retained for 90 days after the campaign ends for audit and dispute resolution.
• Winners agree to their first name and a masked version of their TheNetWallet user ID being published in winner announcements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. TheNetWallet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions are final and binding.
