Weekly Cashback

1. Overview

Users who spend at participating merchants using their TheNetWallet balance are eligible to receive cashback on that spend. Cashback is calculated and accrued daily for each User and each merchant, and it is credited directly to the User's TheNetWallet balance. This benefit is announced to Users on a weekly basis.

2. Cashback Accrual

• Calculated daily.
• Credited directly to the User's TheNetWallet balance.
• Maximum cashback: ₹2,00,000 per User.

3. How Cashback Is Calculated

1. 1Each calculation day, TheNetWallet totals the User's Spend, being the amount transferred from TheNetWallet to a participating merchant, and the User's Transfer In, being the amount added to TheNetWallet, for that merchant.
2. 2The Cashback Base for that merchant on that day is calculated by subtracting the Transfer In from the Spend. Where the resulting amount is zero or negative, the Cashback Base is treated as zero and no cashback is earned for that merchant on that day.
3. 3Cashback is calculated by multiplying the Cashback Base by the applicable merchant rate, as set out in the rate table below.
4. 4For example, if a User transfers in ₹1,00,000 and spends ₹3,00,000 at Dafabet on the same day, the Cashback Base is ₹2,00,000. At Dafabet's rate of 2%, this earns the User ₹4,000 in cashback.
5. 5As a further example, if a User transfers in ₹2,50,000 and spends ₹2,00,000 on the same day, the Cashback Base is negative and is therefore treated as zero, meaning no cashback is earned.
6. 6Cashback is credited to the User's TheNetWallet balance daily, subject to the maximum cashback cap of ₹2,00,000 per User. Any amount earned above this cap is forfeited and will not be credited.

4. Cashback Rates by Merchant

Cashback rates are set per merchant and apply to spend at that merchant only:

TheNetWallet reserves the right to add, remove, or reprice participating merchants under this Offer at its sole discretion.

5. Worked Example

The table below illustrates how the cashback mechanic applies across a full week of activity for one User across six participating merchants. This example is provided for illustration only and does not represent a guaranteed or typical payout.

6. Terms & Conditions

1. 1Cashback is calculated separately for each participating merchant, for each calendar day, and for each User individually, in accordance with the mechanism set out above.
2. 2Balance that has been topped up using PayTNW is not eligible for cashback under this Offer, and any spend funded from such balance will not be included in the Cashback Base.
3. 3Cashback accrues on a daily basis and is credited directly to the User's TheNetWallet balance.
4. 4A maximum cashback cap of ₹2,00,000 applies per User. Any amount earned above this cap in a capped cycle is forfeited and will not be credited to the User's wallet.
5. 5Cashback is verified before being credited to the User's TheNetWallet balance.
6. 6This Offer is available only to eligible TheNetWallet Users, subject to TheNetWallet's standard account, KYC, and usage terms.
7. 7TheNetWallet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer, its rates, or its cap at any time, with notice to Users where required by law.
8. 8TheNetWallet reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim cashback, and to suspend a User's account pending review, where it suspects abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the Spend or Transfer In mechanism in order to artificially inflate the Cashback Base.
